Contact and sensitive information

Our website contact form submits your inquiry to Horizon through Contact Form 7. Ordinary email may not be suitable for sensitive information. Do not send Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, account credentials, payment card data, complete tax returns, or identity documents through the general website form or ordinary email unless we direct you to an approved secure method.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to submit false, harmful, unauthorized, or infringing material, attempt to access systems without permission, interfere with site operations, or use automated means that unreasonably burden the site.
